Shipping policy

Go Gadgets SA ships all goods within 24-48 business hours of receiving full upfront payment that reflects in our bank account. All equipment may be transacted through our online store, our store allows for payment via Payfast's (www.payfast.co.za) instant EFT. Customers also have the option of making a direct EFT into our bank account, If you choose to make use of this option please send proof of payment to orders@gogadgets.co.za with the order/draft number as reference. Due to rising fuel costs, we have introduced a standard delivery fee of R250. This will be reviewed as fuel prices stabilise.

Payments made from FNB will reflect immediately in our account. Customers that make use of other banking institutions and choose not to use Payfast’s Instant EFT or do not select an immediate payment clearance option with their bank might have to wait 2-3 days before funds reflect in our account.

All equipment is sanitised (in line with the National Department of Health guidelines) before leaving our dispatch warehouse.

All items ordered will be delivered within 2-5 working days of full payment reflecting in our account. On occasion, due to issues outside of our control, deliveries may take longer (especially for outlying/grey areas such as farms or villages). We will make every effort to deliver your order on time and to keep you updated throughout the process. The Courier Guy for the bulk of our deliveries, if you choose to make use of your own courier please inform us via orders@gogadgets.co.za.

Cash on Delivery is not a payment option that is utilised for online purchases.
