Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for our bulk trade-in and buyback service, the following minimum requirements apply:

• Minimum Quantity: We accept bulk collections only, with a minimum of 20 devices per transaction. Unfortunately, we are unable to process individual or single-device trade-ins.
• Computers & Laptops: Devices must be powered by Intel 8th Generation processors or newer. Equipment should be in reasonable working condition, although minor cosmetic wear is acceptable.
• Business Equipment Only: Our service is designed for organizations looking to dispose of multiple IT assets, including desktops, laptops, monitors, servers, networking equipment, and other qualifying business technology.
• Secure Asset Disposal: We can assist with secure collection and responsible recycling or refurbishment where applicable, helping your organization maximize the value of its retired IT equipment while minimizing environmental impact.
